Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Central Standard Time ("Scheduled Downtime").
Any such scheduled maintenance will be considered Scheduled Downtime and will be excluded from the calculation of Attainment.
