Scheduled Power Offline definition

Scheduled Power Offline is described in Section 3(b)(v) of Exhibit E.
Scheduled Power Offline in kW, is the Hourly Power Output that is expected to be offline during each hour of the outage period, as such may be updated as set forth in this Exhibit E; and

Examples of Scheduled Power Offline in a sentence

  • Scheduled Power Offline cannot be updated once the Maintenance Outage or Major Overhaul is over.

  • If the outage is extended, or its Scheduled Power Offline is updated, the original notification time shall be used in defining Benchmark Capacity, unless the outage has been rescheduled before the extension, in which case the most recent rescheduling notification time shall be used in defining Benchmark Capacity.

Related to Scheduled Power Offline

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Airline means an airline listed in the Official Airline Guide or ABC World Airways Guide where the air carrier holds a certificate, license or similar authorisation for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the Country in which the aircraft is registered, and in accordance with such authorisation, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times.

  • Scheduled Bank means a bank included in the second schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, or modification thereto.

  • Scheduled Tribes means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of or groups within, such tribes or tribal communities as are deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 342 of the Constitution of India residing in any part of the State of Maharashtra;

  • Scheduled Payments has the meaning specified in the Note Policy.
