Scheduled Principal Payment definition

Scheduled Principal Payment means the scheduled payment of principal due on the Mortgage Loan on a Monthly Payment Date.
Scheduled Principal Payment. As of any date of calculation, with respect to a Home Equity Loan, the then stated scheduled monthly installment of principal payable thereunder which, if timely paid, would result in the full amortization of principal over the term thereof (or, in the case of a "balloon" Note, the term to the nominal maturity date for amortization purposes, without regard to the actual maturity date), without taking into account any Prepayment made on such Home Equity Loan during the then-current Remittance Period.
Scheduled Principal Payment. Any scheduled payment of principal made on a scheduled Due Date.

Scheduled Principal Payment means, for any period, (a) all regularly scheduled principal payments during such period by the Parent Guarantor and its Subsidiaries with respect to Indebtedness of the Parent Guarantor and its Subsidiaries (other than payments due at final maturity of any tranche of Indebtedness) and (b) without duplication, the Borrower’s Pro Rata Share of all regularly scheduled principal payments during such period with respect to the Indebtedness (other than payments due at final maturity of any tranche of Indebtedness) of each Material Joint Venture. For purposes of determining Scheduled Principal Payments, Indebtedness shall not include accounts payable, intracompany debt, dividends and distributions declared but not payable, security deposits, accrued liabilities or prepaid rent, each as defined in accordance with GAAP.
Scheduled Principal Payment means (a) all scheduled principal payments by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with respect to its Consolidated Total Indebtedness (other than payments due at final maturity of any tranche of Indebtedness) and (b) without duplication, the Borrower’s Pro Rata Share of all scheduled principal payments with respect to the Indebtedness (other than payments due at final maturity of any tranche of Indebtedness) of each Material Joint Venture, in each case without giving effect to any reduction in such scheduled principal payments as a result of any voluntary or mandatory prepayment with respect thereto made in the same period in which such principal payment was scheduled to be made.
