Scheduled Quantities definition

Scheduled Quantities means the amount of energy expressed in GJ, the Transporter confirms through its scheduling processes in accordance with Article 14 hereof, that it will transport for the Shipper under the applicable Transportation Service Agreement.

Examples of Scheduled Quantities in a sentence

  • The difference between the sum of the Scheduled Quantities during a calendar month and the total actual quantity delivered at the Delivery Point(s) during the calendar month shall be the Monthly Operational Imbalance.

  • On any Delivery Day, Utility shall maintain its distribution facilities downstream of the Delivery Point(s) in a way that permits UGIES to deliver the Scheduled Quantities, otherwise UGIES shall be relieved of its obligation to deliver the Scheduled Quantities for the period and to the extent that Utility's distribution facilities do not permit such deliveries.

  • The Transporter shall be required to keep accurate records for a period of at least(2)) inter alia years of the quantities of Gas nominated, Scheduled Quantities and Allocated Quantities of Gas at the respective Delivery and Redelivery Point in accordance with this Code.

  • Unless prohibited by applicable law or regulation, all transportation services by Transporter shall be allocated each Day based upon the Scheduled Quantities or by such other methods as may be mutually agreed to by both Parties.

  • Balancing Party shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the quantities actually delivered at the Delivery Point(s) are equal to the Scheduled Quantities.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, a “uniform hourly basis” shall mean that deliveries should approximately equal 1/24th (+/- 5%) of the total daily Scheduled Quantities for a particular gas flow day.

Related to Scheduled Quantities

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.
