Scheduled Rate Fixing Date definition

Scheduled Rate Fixing Date means the date which is two Fixing Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date or the Maturity Date or such other date on which an amount in respect of the Notes is due and payable, as the case may be. If any Scheduled Rate Fixing Date is an Unscheduled Holiday (as defined below), the relevant Rate Fixing Date shall be the next following relevant Fixing Business Day, subject to the provisions in respect of any Unscheduled Holiday set out below under “Deferral Period for Unscheduled Holiday”.
Scheduled Rate Fixing Date means the date which is two Fixing Business Days prior to the relevant Interest Payment Date, the Maturity Date or such other date on which an amount in respect of the Notes is due and payable.
Scheduled Rate Fixing Date means the date which is five Relevant Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date or the Maturity Date or such other date on which an amount in respect of the Instruments is due and payable. If the Scheduled Rate Fixing Date or the Postponed Rate Fixing Date is an Unscheduled Holiday, the Rate Fixing Date shall be the next following Relevant Business Day. In the event that such next following Relevant Business Day is also an Unscheduled Holiday, the Calculation Agent shall be entitled to calculate the Reference Rate acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner, having taken into account relevant market practice, by reference to such additional sources as it deems appropriate; and in such case the Calculation Agent shall notify the Issuer and the Fiscal Agent as soon as reasonably practicable that the Reference Rate is to be so determined.

  • Rate Fixing Date means the date which is two Business Days prior to each applicable Fixed Interest Date, the Maturity Date or the Early Redemption Date, as applicable. If a Price Source Disruption Event occurs or otherwise subsists on such day, the Rate Fixing Date shall be the earlier of (i) the Business Day on which the Issuer is notified by the Calculation Agent that a Price Source Disruption Event no longer subsists, and (ii) the tenth Business Day following the original Rate Fixing Date;

  • Rate Fixing Day means the date falling two London Business Days before the start of a Term for a Loan or such other day as the Facility Agent determines is generally treated as the rate fixing day by market practice in the relevant interbank market.

  • Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • Scheduled Redetermination Date means the date on which a Borrowing Base that has been redetermined pursuant to a Scheduled Redetermination becomes effective as provided in Section 2.07(d).
