Scheduled Reduction Amount definition

Scheduled Reduction Amount means the amount by which the Borrowing Base shall be reduced each calendar month as determined by the Lenders under Section 2.9(b) from time to time.
Scheduled Reduction Amount means, in respect of each Reduction Date, the amount by which the Commitments are scheduled to be reduced on that date as determined by the provisions of Schedule 8;
