Scheduled Release Date definition

Scheduled Release Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.04 hereof.
Scheduled Release Date has the meaning provided therefor in Section 4.02 ---------------------- of this Agreement. "Section 338(h)(10) Election" has the meaning provided therefor in Section --------------------------- 16.01 of this Agreement.
Scheduled Release Date has the meaning provided therefor in Section 4.02 of this Agreement.

  • If the Escrow Agent does not receive the Release Instructions until after a Scheduled Release Date has occurred, the Escrow Agent shall disburse from the Escrow Amount (within 3 Business Days after receipt of the Release Instructions) that number of Alpha Shares and Cash Deposit, if any, that would have been released on any prior Scheduled Release Date.
