The Facility Energy will be scheduled with the CAISO by Seller (or Seller’s designated Scheduling Coordinator for the Facility) in accordance with Exhibit D.
Buyer shall, and shall cause its Scheduling Coordinator to, provide Seller with all reasonable access (including, in real time, to the maximum extent reasonably possible) to any records, including invoices or settlement data from the CAISO, forecast data and other information, all as may be necessary from time to time for Seller to prepare and verify the accuracy of all invoices.
