Scheduling Date definition

Scheduling Date is defined in Section 2.4(d).
Scheduling Date of each Unit means the date on which the item of Unit is paid for by the Lessor.

More Definitions of Scheduling Date

Scheduling Date for each Unit is the date Lessor prepares the Acceptance Certificate and Schedule. The "Interim Term" for each Unit will begin on, and include, the date Lessor finds the Acceptance Certificate and Schedule and continue until, and include, the day before its "Base Date". The "Base Term" for each Unit will begin on, and include, its Base Date and continue for 60 months. The "Base Date" for each Unit will be the first or fifteenth day of the month during or immediately following the month in which the Scheduling Date occurs, as specified by Lessor in the relevant Schedule. If Lessee does not execute and deliver to Lessor the Acceptance Certificate and the Schedule for the Unit pursuant so Section 1.3 of the Lease Agreement, Lessor may either terminate the Lease as to such Unit (and will do so if any Unit requires installation or testing and the same is not completed to Lessee's satisfaction) or reschedule the Base Date to the next succeeding month, in which event the provisions of this sentence shall continue to apply.
