Scheduling Representative definition

Scheduling Representative means the individual appointed by Customer in accordance with Section 5.4.
Scheduling Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(f)(ii).
Scheduling Representative means the individual appointed by Seller in accordance with Section 2.3.

  • Unless otherwise stated herein, Customer hereby authorizes the Scheduling Representative to do and perform any and all acts for and on behalf of Customer with regard to scheduling matters provided for in this Article 5.
