Scheme Details means the descriptive and other details in respect of each Firm Scheme accepted by Homes England through IMS (as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement);

Examples of Scheme Details in a sentence

  • Where the result of that recalculation is a lower Firm Scheme Grant figure than that set out in the Firm Scheme Details, Homes England will notify the Grant Recipient and the Grant Recipient will have twenty (20) Business Days from the date of receipt of Homes England's notification to advise Homes England as to whether it wishes to withdraw the Firm Scheme from this Agreement or proceed with it on the basis of the recalculated Firm Scheme Grant figure or to withdraw the proposed a Pre-First Claim Change.

  • Any such changes must be communicated to the Agency in writing or by the Grant Recipient proposing changes to the Indicative Scheme Details through IMS.

Related to Scheme Details

  • Scheme Circular means any circular to the shareholders of the Target to be issued by the Target setting out the proposals for any Scheme.

  • Agreement Details means the schedule attached to the front of these Terms setting out the variable information related to this agreement such as Your details and other information related to the Room Building means the accommodation building identified in the Agreement Details in which the Room is located.

  • Scheme Document means this document including its Annexures, any addenda or corrigendum to this Scheme Document and/ or any other document issued pursuant hereto.

  • Program Details means the specific details provided to Influencer by Brand, including, but not limited to, compensation, program dates, branding guidelines, general and specific responsibilities of Influencer and Brand. Influencer may engage in multiple Program Details, each governed by this Agreement. This Program Details are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If any provisions of the Program Details conflict with this Agreement, then the Program Details will control.

  • scheme year means a period of one year beginning with 1st April and ending with 31st March;
