Scope of Services Package definition

Scope of Services Package means the Scope of Services, Performance Specifications, Utility Requirements, Preliminary Engineering (PE)/Preliminary Design, and Environmental Requirements. The Scope of Services Package is one part of the Contract Documents.
Scope of Services Package means a written solicitation issued by the LA DOTD seeking Proposals to be used to identify the Proposer offering the best value to the LA DOTD. The Scope of Services Package includes the Instructions To Proposers (ITP), Contract Documents, and Reference Documents. This document is issued only to Proposers that are on the Short-List.

Related to Scope of Services Package

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Supply of services means any transaction which does not constitute a supply of goods.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.
