Scope Variation definition

Scope Variation means a material change in the Services’ scope described in the Scope of Work;
Scope Variation. Report is defined in clause 17.6(d). Term Meaning Security Interest has the meaning given to it in the PPS Law. Sensitive Information is defined in clause 19.19(c). Separable Portion is defined in clause 7. Separable Portion 1 is defined in clause 7(a)(1).
