SDK Documentation definition

SDK Documentation refers to the documentation included with the Software Development Kit including that portion pertaining to the Specific SDK.
SDK Documentation means all operating and technical literature and all other related materials relating to the Matterport SDKs that are made available to Customer, in whatever form and by whatever means, from time to time.
SDK Documentation means data, files, installation and use instructions, and other documentation provided or made available by Allscripts hereunder.

  • If You choose to submit any suggestions, feedback or other information or materials (collectively, “Feedback”) related to the SDK or Documentation or Your use thereof to DreamTech, then You hereby grant to DreamTech a worldwide, non- exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual and irrevocable license to use and otherwise exploit such Feedback in connection with the SDK, Documentation, and other products and services.

SDK Documentation means as set out in Schedule 1.

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).
