SEC Action definition

SEC Action shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
SEC Action means the civil action captioned: SEC v. MJ Capital Funding, LLC, et. al, Civil Action No. 0:21-cv-61644-SINGHAL (S.D. Fla.).
SEC Action means the action filed on November 15, 2004 by the SEC in the United States District for the Northern District of Illinois against Black, Radler and the Corporation;

  • The date, time, and place for the Final Approval Hearing, and the deadlines and date requirements in this Scheduling Order, shall be subject to adjournment or change by this Court without further notice other than that which may be posted by means of ECF in the MDL, the SEC Action, Rotstain Litigation, and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Litigation.
