Section 10 Statement definition

Section 10 Statement has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 6.2.
Section 10 Statement means the statement prepared under Section 10 of the Partnership Law filed with the Registrar in accordance with the Partnership Law.
Section 10 Statement means any Statement prepared under Section 10 of the ELP Law and filed with the Registrar in accordance with the ELP Law.
