Section 9 Statement definition

Section 9 Statement has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Recitals.
Section 9 Statement means the Statement prepared under Section 9 of the ELP Law filed with the Registrar of Exempted Limited Partnerships in accordance with the ELP Law.
Section 9 Statement means the statement required pursuant to Section 9 of the Law in order to register the Partnership as an exempted limited partnership.
