Secured Swap Contract definition

Secured Swap Contract means any interest rate or foreign exchange rate Swap Contract that is entered into by and between the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and any Swap Bank.
Secured Swap Contract means any Swap Contract between any Loan Party or any Subsidiary and any Hedge Bank. For the avoidance of doubt, a holder of Obligations in respect of a Secured Swap Contract shall be subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 8.03 and the provisions of Section 9.11.

More Definitions of Secured Swap Contract

Secured Swap Contract means any Swap Contract required or permitted under this Agreement that is entered into by and between the Borrower and any Swap Bank.

Secured Swap Contract means any Swap Contract entered into by an Obligor with a Lender (or an Affiliate of a Lender), at the time such Swap Contract was entered into, to hedge interest rate risk of such Obligor and Subsidiaries that are not Insurance Subsidiaries.
