Securitization Rate Class definition

Securitization Rate Class means one of the four separate rate classes to whom Securitization Charges are allocated for ratemaking purposes in accordance with the Financing Order.
Securitization Rate Class means the four broad customer rate classes: residential, commercial secondary, primary and street lighting, of DTE Electric as of November 18, 2022, the date of DTE Electric’s most recent general rate order.

Examples of Securitization Rate Class in a sentence

  • In addition, so long as any of the Securitization Bonds are outstanding, the Servicer shall provide the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, within a reasonable time after written request therefor, any information available to the Servicer or reasonably obtainable by it that is necessary to calculate the Securitization Charges applicable to each Securitization Rate Class.

  • For an entire Billing Period, the total Billed Securitization Charges for each Securitization Rate Class are divided by the total charges billed by the Servicer (and Consumers Energy) for each Securitization Rate Class, creating the “Securitization Ratio” for each such Securitization Rate Class.
