Security Access Codes definition

Security Access Codes means alphanumeric codes that BCBSSC assigns to Trading Partner to allow Trading Partner access to BCBSSC’s Operating System for the purpose of successfully executing Data Transmissions or otherwise carrying out this Agreement.
Security Access Codes means codes that DHS assigns to Trading Partner to allow Trading Partner access to DHS’s Operating System for the purpose of successfully executing Data Transmissions or otherwise carrying out this Agreement.
Security Access Codes means the alpha‐numeric codes assigned by the Department to the web portal submitter or EDI submitter for the purpose of allowing access to the Department's information system, including the web portal, to execute data transmissions or otherwise carry out the express terms of a trading partner agreement, provider enrollment agreement, and these rules. Security access codes may include passwords, PINs, or other codes.

  • Trading Partner shall immediately notify Company of any unauthorized attempt to obtain access to or otherwise tamper with Company’s Data, Data Transmissions with Company, Company’s Security Access Codes, Envelope (to the extent Company’s security might be adversely affected by such unauthorized attempts to gain access to, or tamper with, Envelope), backup files relating to Company’s Data, Company’s source documents or Company’s Operating System.

  • The Security Access Codes that Company issues to Trading Partner shall, when affixed to Data Transmissions, be sufficient to verify the identity of the transmitter and to authenticate the Data Transmission, thereby establishing the Data Transmission’s validity.

  • Each Party will immediately notify the other Party of any unauthorized attempt to obtain access to or otherwise tamper with Data, Data Transmissions, Security Access Codes, Envelope, backup files, Source Documents or the other Party’s Operating System which attempt may have an impact on the other Party.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that such Security Access Codes are confidential and subject, without limitation, to the restrictions contained in Article V of this Agreement.

  • Trading Partner shall maintain adequate security procedures to prevent unauthorized access to data, Data Transmissions, Security Access Codes, Envelope, backup files, Source Documents or BCBSSC’s Operating System.

  • Trading Partner shall promptly notify HMSA of any infringement of Security Access Codes or other circumstances that may lead to (or may have caused) a “breach” (as defined under either applicable State law or the Breach Notification Rule) of HMSA’s Protected Health Information.

  • HMSA shall provide Trading Partner Security Access Codes that will allow Trading Partner access to HMSA’s Electronic Data Systems.

  • You agree that you alone are responsible for maintaining the con- fidentiality of the Security Access Codes and, further, you hereby authorize T1 to (a) to act on or, as applicable, undertake any directions received from any person using the Security Access Codes and (b) to create a new password if the original password is lost, misplaced or forgotten.
