Security Matrix definition

Security Matrix means the formal document setting out Users’ access rights to make an enquiry or approve or authorise or perform a Transaction and/or Authorisation Matrix initiated through any Channel.
Security Matrix means, for any Calculation Period, the highest amount shown for that Calculation Period in the column headed "Security Matrix" in Part 1 of schedule 2 entitled "Termination", as the same may be varied to reflect changes in the amount of the security provided to the Lessor from time to time under the Other Transaction Documents, as certified by the Lessor, such certification being provided with evidence of relevant calculation and being conclusive evidence in the absence of manifest error;
Security Matrix means the Users’ access right to make enquiry or approve or authorise or perform a Transaction and Authorisation Matrix initiated or instructed through the Channel.

Examples of Security Matrix in a sentence

  • To the extent that registered user is authorized to have access to confidential information under the Access Security Matrix, registered user agrees to protect such confidential records and information viewed pursuant to this agreement in accordance with all applicable rules and statutory requirements.

  • Registered user releases Clerk and Clerk’s employees and agents from any liability and any damages resulting from or related to (a) interrupted service of any kind; (b) registered user’s equipment; (c) use of, or viewing of, electronic court records; (d) registered user’s unauthorized public disclosure of confidential information available to the registered user under the Access Security Matrix and access as provided in this Agreement.

  • It is the responsibility of the Court’s technical staff members to finalize the Security Matrix documentation and setup for the Courts.

  • Security: Matrix uses commercially reasonable efforts to prevent security breaches.

  • Agency releases Clerk and Clerk’s employees and agents from any liability and any damages resulting from or related to (1) interrupted service of any kind; (2) Agency’s equipment; (3) use of, or viewing of, electronic court records; and (4) Agency’s unauthorized public disclosure of confidential information available to Agency under the Access Security Matrix and access as provided in this agreement.

  • To protect all confidential records and information viewed pursuant to this Agreement, in accordance with all applicable rules and statutory requirements to the extent that the Attorney is authorized to have access to confidential information under the Access Security Matrix.

  • The Attorney releases Clerk and Clerk’s employees and agents from any liability and any damages resulting from or related to (a) interrupted services of any kind; (b) the attorney of record’s equipment; (c) use of, or viewing of, electronic court records; (d) the attorney of record’s unauthorized public disclosure of confidential information available to the Attorney under the Access Security Matrix and access as provided in this Agreement.

Related to Security Matrix

  • Security Schedule means Schedule 2 hereto.

  • Security freeze means a notice, at the request of the consumer and subject to certain exceptions,

  • Security Vulnerability means a flaw or weakness in system security procedures, design, implementation, or internal controls that could be exercised (accidentally triggered or intentionally exploited) and result in a security breach such that data is compromised, manipulated or stolen or the system damaged.

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;

  • Security alarm system means a device or series of devices, intended to summon law enforcement personnel during, or as a result of, an alarm condition. Devices may include hard- wired systems and systems interconnected with a radio frequency method such as cellular or private radio signals that emit or transmit a remote or local audible, visual, or electronic signal; motion detectors, pressure switches, duress alarms (a silent system signal generated by the entry of a designated code into the arming station to indicate that the user is disarming under duress); panic alarms (an audible system signal to indicate an emergency situation); and hold-up alarms (a silent system signal to indicate that a robbery is in progress).
