SECURITY TRUST AND INTERCREDITOR DEED definition
SECURITY TRUST AND INTERCREDITOR DEED has the meaning given to it in Clause (B) of the recitals.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit or otherwise restrict the Pledgor from taking any action or entering into any transactions to the extent such actions or transactions are not prohibited under the Common Terms Agreement, Master Definitions Agreement or the Security Trust and Intercreditor Deed and do not jeopardise or have any negative effect on the security interests created hereunder or their enforceability.
