Segment definition

Segment means a classification of data, of an individual, or of an individual's behavior.
Segment means a portion of the Term Loan (or all thereof) with respect to which a particular interest rate is (or is proposed to be) applicable.
Segment shall have the same meaning as described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 3.2.3(e).

  • Amounts withdrawn from a Segment on a date other than the Segment Maturity Date will reflect the Segment’s Segment Interim Value.
