This collateral is shared pari passu by our Outstanding Notes, our €148.0 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Floating Rate Notes due 2014 (the “2014 Notes”), our €391.6 million aggregate principal amount of 11.625% Senior Notes due 2016 (the “2016 Notes” and, together with the 2014 Notes, the “Existing Senior Notes”), the €170.0 million aggregate principal amount of 9.0% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 (the “2017 Notes”) issued by CET 21 spol.
The amount of interest to be paid on the Senior Floating Rate Notes for each Interest Period will be calculated by adding the Daily Interest Amounts for each day in the Interest Period.
The Calculation Agent will, upon the request of any Holder, provide the interest rate then in effect with respect to the Senior Floating Rate Notes.
