Sensor Data definition

Sensor Data means raw sensor data originating from the Customer or Customer’s Client (as appli- cable) information technology and network infra- structure and communicated to the Platform, in- cluding but not limited to, servers, firewalls, end nodes, devices, web proxies, net flows, usage logs and intrusion detection systems. For greater cer- tainty, Sensor Data does not include any Personal Data.

Examples of Sensor Data in a sentence

  • Licensee represents and warrants that no Personal Data shall be included nor embedded with any Sensor Data.

  • Licensee agrees that Licensee owns all Sensor Data that is transmitted by the Software to the Platform for the purpose of Licensor providing the Services to Licensee.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if no software subscription is in effect, but access to the Converge SaaS is still provided to Product Users pursuant to the provision of Converge SaaS-Enabled Consumable Hardware, such Product Users shall only be entitled to access and use the necessary Converge SaaS feature that enable the collection of Sensor Data from any hardware Product (and subject to the applicable Service Scope).

  • Converge may offer the opportunity for continued access to historical Sensor Data subject to payment of a fee.

  • If any amount in excess of $3,000,000 payable under or in connection with any of the Collateral shall be evidenced by any Instrument or Tangible Chattel Paper, the Grantor acquiring such Instrument or Tangible Chattel Paper shall forthwith endorse, assign and deliver the same to the Collateral Agent, accompanied by such instruments of transfer or assignment duly executed in blank as the Collateral Agent may reasonably request from time to time.

  • Following such time, Customer may need to request to access to a downloaded version of such Sensor Data, which may be subject to payment.

  • The Sensor Data Ingest service periodically harvests the data from this FTP server.

  • The format of the Sensor Data Files is defined in the Auxiliary Data Files.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensor disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for any Personal Data or confidential information contained within the Sensor Data and used by Licensor without Licensor’s knowledge.


More Definitions of Sensor Data

Sensor Data means the data collected: (i) from any sensor or any Converge Hardware on any premises on which Products are used or deployed; and (ii) that is sent to, transmitted to, uploaded to, or captured by the Converge Software;
Sensor Data means raw telemetry (logs, events) originating from the Customer or Customer’s Client (as applicable) information technology and network infrastructure and communicated to the Platform, including but not limited to, servers, firewalls, end nodes, devices, web proxies, net flows, usage logs and intrusion detection systems. For greater certainty, Sensor Data does not include any Personal Data.
Sensor Data means the data collected: (i) from any sensor or any Hardware on any premises on which Products are used or deployed; and (ii) that is sent to, transmitted to, uploaded to, or captured by the Converge Software.

Related to Sensor Data

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and its Subcontractors under this Order.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.
