SEPA Contract definition

SEPA Contract means the contract executed by the United States Department of Energy, acting by and through the Southeastern Power Administration and the City, executed on December 31, 1996, Contract No. ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, as it may be amended or replaced during the term of this Agreement.
