Series A-1 Liquidation Preference Amount definition

Series A-1 Liquidation Preference Amount means, with respect to each share of Series A-1 Preferred Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time (including, for the avoidance of doubt, all shares of Series A-1 Preferred Stock issued pursuant to the Pre-Closing Exchange), an amount equal to $1.2917.
Series A-1 Liquidation Preference Amount means $1.14.
Series A-1 Liquidation Preference Amount means (A) the number of shares of Series A-1 Preferred Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time (excluding Dissenting Shares), multiplied by (B) $1.33439.

Series A-1 Liquidation Preference Amount shall have the meaning given to it in Section 1.5(a)(iv).
