Series B-1 Issue Date definition

Series B-1 Issue Date means the date of the Series B-1 Investor or its Affiliate(s) or its designee’s completion of its investment into the Company’s PRC predecessor.

Series B-1 Issue Date means the date on which the shares of Series B-1 Preferred Stock are actually issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Series B-1 Issue Date means November 28, 2017.

Series B-1 Issue Date means March 31, 2021, the first Issue Date of shares of Series B-1 Convertible Preferred Stock.
