Series B-1 Liquidation Amount definition

Series B-1 Liquidation Amount means, with respect to each share of Series B-1 Preferred Stock, an amount equal to $0.0001.
Series B-1 Liquidation Amount means, with respect to each share of Series B-1 Preferred Stock, an amount equal to $0.0001. “Series B-1 Preferred Stock” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
