Service Affecting Event definition

Service Affecting Event means the failure of Contractor to meet a “Service Affecting” Service Commitment Level set forth in Exhibit GService Level Requirements; provided, however, that if the same facts and circumstances directly or indirectly result in the failure to meet more than one Service Level, all such related failures, for purposes of calculating Performance Credits which shall be due in connection therewith, shall be deemed to be a single Service Affecting Event.   • For purposes hereof, a “Service Affecting Event” shall mean the failure of Contractor to meet a “Service Affecting” Service Commitment Level set forth in Exhibit G - Service Level Requirements; provided, however, that if the same facts and circumstances directly or indirectly result in the failure to meet more than one Service Level, all such related failures, for purposes of calculating Performance Credits which shall be due in connection therewith, shall be deemed to be a single Service Affecting Event.

Related to Service Affecting Event

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • Change of Control Repurchase Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Ratings Event.

  • Vesting Event means the earliest to occur of the following events:

  • Termination Upon a Change in Control means a termination of Officer’s employment with Corporation within 12 months following a “Change in Control” that constitutes a Termination Other Than For Cause described in Section 2.1(b).

  • Business Continuity Event means any event or issue that could impact on the operations of the Supplier and its ability to provide the Services including an influenza pandemic and any Force Majeure Event;
