Service applicant definition

Service applicant means a person who requests that a local district provide a service that the local district is authorized to provide.
Service applicant means either a New Service Applicant or an Existing Service Applicant;
Service applicant means a person who applies for residential or non-residential utility service for a location where the utility has not yet installed the meter.
