Fault: any failure of the Services to operate in all material respects in accordance with the Documentation, including any failure or error referred to in the Service Level Table.
After the respective error has been corrected, the Contractor shall send the Client a detailed error correction protocol (Post Mortem Re- port) within the deadlines specified in the Service Level Table, which documents the cause of the error, the measures and changes made to correct the error and the test measures taken to verify the error correc- tion.
