Servicer Contract File definition

Servicer Contract File. As to each Contract, a file maintained by the Servicer that contains the related loan application and credit report, any correspondence relating to the Contract, and all other instruments, documents, papers, ledger cards, accounting records, and computer print-outs maintained by the Servicer now or hereafter in connection with the servicing of the Contracts, which may be maintained on microfilm or on computer-readable optical disk or on any other medium selected by the Servicer.
