Servicer Event of Default definition
Servicer Event of Default. One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.
Servicer Event of Default wherever used herein, means any one of the following events:
Servicer Event of Default. As defined in Section 7.01 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Examples of Servicer Event of Default in a sentence
Upon any such waiver, the applicable Exchange Note Servicer Event of Default will cease to exist, and will be deemed to have been remedied for every purpose of this Agreement.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, a delay in or failure of performance referred to under clause (i), (ii) or (iii) for a period of 120 days will not constitute an Exchange Note Servicer Event of Default if that failure or delay was caused by Force Majeure.
More Definitions of Servicer Event of Default
Servicer Event of Default. As defined in Section 7.01(a).
Servicer Event of Default means any of the Exchange Note Servicer Events of Default set forth in Section 7.05(a) of the 201[__]-[__] Servicing Supplement.
Servicer Event of Default means the occurrence of any of the following:
Servicer Event of Default has the meaning given to it in Section 17.1 of the Servicing Agreement;
Servicer Event of Default. With respect to each Servicer, shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement.
Servicer Event of Default shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.04 of the Indenture.
Servicer Event of Default. One or more of the events described in Section 6.01 of the Servicing Agreement.
