Servicer Policies and Practices definition

Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.
Servicer Policies and Practices has the meaning specified in Section 1 of Annex I attached to the Servicing Agreement.
Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer's duties under this Annex I, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself or others, as in effect from time to time and in accordance with DTE Regulations. The Servicer shall provide ten days' prior written notice to the Rating Agencies of any amendment to the Servicer Policies and Practices that would adversely affect in any material respect the Noteholders or Certificateholders.

Examples of Servicer Policies and Practices in a sentence

  • Except as provided in the next sentence, the Servicer shall deliver all Bills to Customers (i) by United States mail in such class or classes as are consistent with the Servicer Policies and Practices or (ii) by any other means, whether electronic or otherwise, that the Servicer may from time to time use in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices.

  • The Servicer shall cause to be installed, replaced and maintained meters in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices.

  • In accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices, the Servicer shall generate and issue a Bill to each Customer.

  • In accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices, the Servicer shall obtain consumption measurements for each Customer or determine any Customer’s consumption on the basis of estimates in accordance with Commission Regulations.

  • The Servicer shall handle all Customer inquiries and other Customer service matters according to the Servicer Policies and Practices.

  • In the event that the Servicer makes any material modification to the Servicer Policies and Practices, it shall notify the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Rating Agencies as soon as practicable, and in no event later than 30 Servicer Business Days after such modification goes into effect, but the Servicer may not make any modification that will materially adversely affect the Holders.

  • The Servicer shall obtain a calculation of each Customer’s consumption (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer’s meter read or on consumption estimates determined in accordance with Commission Regulations) in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices and shall determine therefrom Billed Storm Recovery Charges for the Storm Recovery Bonds.

  • To the extent that Bill format, structure and text are not prescribed by applicable law or by Commission Regulations, the Servicer shall, subject to clause (i) of this subsection (c), determine the format, structure and text of all Bills in accordance with its reasonable business judgment, the Servicer Policies and Practices and historical practice.

  • Customary Servicing Practices means the customary servicing practices of the Servicer or any Sub-Servicer with respect to all comparable motor vehicle receivables that the Servicer or such Sub-Servicer, as applicable, services for itself and others, as such customary servicing practices may be changed from time to time, it being understood that the Servicer and the Sub-Servicers may not have the same “Customary Servicing Practices.”
