Setting Date means a day falling one calendar month after the Issue Date (i.e. May 20, 2007) and thereafter every three calendar months after the previous Setting Date (starting with August 20, 2007) up to one month prior to the Maturity Date. If any Setting Date would otherwise fall on a day which is not a Business Day, it shall be postponed to the next day which is a Business Day unless it would thereby fall into the next calendar month in which event it shall be brought forward to the immediately preceding Business Day.
