Examples of Settlement Class Representatives in a sentence

  • At the Final Approval Hearing, the Court will hear argument on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of the Settlement, and on Settlement Class Counsel’s application for attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses and for a Service Award for the Settlement Class Representatives.
