Settlement System Code definition

Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under the AUC Settlement System Code Rule 021, as amended or replaced from time to time;
Settlement System Code means the rules respecting Load Settlement approved by the AUC and set out in Rule 021;
Settlement System Code means the rules respecting Load Settlement established by the Independent System Operator pursuant to the Act;

More Definitions of Settlement System Code

Settlement System Code or "SSC" means the Settlement System Code as established under the authority of the EUA and as amended from time to time;
Settlement System Code means the rules governing the roles, standard practices and process of the various organizations involved in load settlement in Alberta, made by the AUC pursuant to Section 24 of the Act;
Settlement System Code means the standards for determining and communicating responsibility for the operation of an efficient, fair, and openly competitive electricity market in Alberta, as established by the Independent System Operator under section 20(1)(h) of the Act;
Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under section 20(1) of the RRR that govern load settlement in respect of the delivery and exchange of electricity in Alberta;
Settlement System Code means the rules governing the roles, standard practices and process of the various organizations involved in load settlement in Alberta, made by the Independent System Operator pursuant to section 20(1)(h) of the EUA.
Settlement System Code means a settlement system code established or approved under section 8.
Settlement System Code means the rules governing the roles, standard practices and process of the various organizations involved in load settlement in Alberta, pursuant to Alberta Utilities Commission Rule 021.
