Settlement Webpage definition

Settlement Webpage means the bilingual webpage specific to the Class Action and the present Settlement Agreement, maintained by Class Counsel on Class Counsel’s website (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), on which relevant documents and information will be made publicly available; and
Settlement Webpage means an informational webpage about the Settlement to be set up and maintained by the Third-Party Settlement Administrator (defined below) through the Effective Date, as more fully described below in Section VIII.D.
Settlement Webpage means the internet webpage, which will be established by counsel for Defendants as set forth in this Amended Agreement, and which will make available for download the Proof of Claim and Full Class Notice. The Settlement Webpage will likewise provide information as to how Persons in the Settlement Class may submit a Proof of Claim, and provide an additional avenue for the identification of class members and submission of claims.

Examples of Settlement Webpage in a sentence

  • Class Counsel shall cause the Settlement Webpage to be created in both English and French containing relevant information and relevant documents concerning the Class Action and the Settlement Agreement, including but not limited to the Pre- Approval Notices in both English and French; copies of the orders of the Court; and a copy of this Agreement.

  • Prior to the time the Settlement Class Notice is disseminated, and no later than twenty-one (21) days after the Third-Party Settlement Administrator receives the Notice List, the Third Party Settlement Administrator shall cause the Settlement Webpage to be activated on the Internet.

  • If you want the Settlement Benefit under the proposed Settlement, you must (a) be a Class Member and (b) fill out, sign under penalty of perjury, and timely return the accompanying Claim Form to the proper address or submit it electronically via the Settlement Webpage.

  • During the period in which the Settlement Webpage must remain “live” pursuant to this Agreement, Class Counsel and the Defendants will agree upon its content.

  • These applications, and all pleadings and orders relating thereto will be made available for Class Members to review on the Settlement Webpage.

  • Notwithstanding the above, Class Counsel will have the option to post links to the Settlement Webpage announcing the Settlement and/or the Court’s approval of the Settlement on its firm’s social media accounts.

  • The Settlement Webpage shall be maintained for a period of at least thirty (30) days following the date of the closing judgment.

  • The Parties agree that the Settlement Webpage shall be in the same format and similar to the other settlement pages on Class Counsel’s website.

  • The Claims Deadline shall be clearly set forth in the Notice of the Approval of the Settlement, on the Settlement Webpage and the Claim Form.

  • Settlement Class Members who dispute the accuracy of the customized Class Notice and those who believe they are Settlement Class Members but did not receive a customized Class Notice, may download a Claim Form from the Settlement Webpage or request a Claim Form by calling the Third-Party Settlement Administrator, and send their completed Claim Form to the Third-Party Settlement Administrator, along with documentation to support their claimed amount paid in Filing Fees.
