These Shadow Allocation Rules are subject to the legislation prevailing at the time at which they take effect.
The Registered Participant may upon payment use the Cross Zonal Capacity connected with the allocated Transmission Rights as described in these Shadow Allocation Rules only.

The Shadow Allocation Rules are of indefinite duration and are subject to amendment in accordance with this Article.
By participating in the Shadow Auction after the Registered Participant was informed about the changes and/or adaptations of the Shadow Allocation Rules and after these changes and/or adaptations of the Shadow Allocation Rules entered into force, it is deemed that the Registered Participant has accepted the changed, i.e. the valid and effective version of the Shadow Allocation Rules.
No single or partial exercise of any such right, power or remedy precludes or impairs any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or remedy provided by law or under these Shadow Allocation Rules.
