Share Completion definition

Share Completion. Means completion of t▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇nd allotment of Consideration Shares under this Agreement.
Share Completion means receipt of the Subscription Amount by the Issuer in Immediately Available Funds in accordance with this agreement. Share Completion Date means the date on which Share Completion occurs, which must be on or before the date three Business Days after the day on which the last party executes this agreement. Shareholders means the holders of Shares.
Share Completion means the completion of the sale and purchase of the Shares pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with clause 8;

  • Title to and risk in the Sale Shares passes to the Buyer on Share Completion.

Related to Share Completion

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.
