Share Component definition

Share Component means, at any time, 0.5531 share of Common Stock, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with Article III.
Share Component has the meaning given to that term in section 56 of the WM Act.
Share Component means, at any time, 0.5531 share of Common Stock, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with Article VI.

  • All adjustments to the Share Component shall be calculated to the nearest 0.0001 of a share of Common Stock (or if there is not a nearest 0.0001 of a share, to the next lower 0.0001 of a share).

  • If, in Our reasonable opinion, the remedies above are infeasible or commercially impracticable, We may, at Our sole discretion, terminate Your Subscription(s).

  • The required adjustment to the Maturity Price shall be made at maturity by multiplying the Maturity Price by the cumulative number or fraction determined pursuant to the Share Component adjustment procedure described above.
