Shared Hosting definition

Shared Hosting means the use of email, Web site, SecureForm, database, FTP, and other services on servers that may be shared with other Customers of Lux Scientiae for their use of similar services.
Shared Hosting. Customers share server hardware, software and bandwidth with other customers. Shared hosting provides a price competitive entry point for individuals and businesses desiring a simple Web site.
Shared Hosting is a service geared to businesses, self-employed individuals or organizations that want to create a corporate web presence but do not want to own or maintain their own web server.

Examples of Shared Hosting in a sentence

  • Shared Hosting Account found to be exceeding the Fifty Thousand (50,000) inode (files) limit will automatically be removed from our backup system.

Shared Hosting. Means any Service which is shared with other Subscribers of the Company. This includes, but is not limited to: Web Hosting, Reseller Web Hosting, Virtual Private Servers. For the avoidance of doubt, any Service supplied by the Company shall be classified as “Shared Hosting” unless the Service title begins with the word “Dedicated”, for example, “Dedicated Server”.
