Shift Position definition

Shift Position means a non-union employment position, as designated by the Department Director, which has a designated work schedule in those Village operations which function on a twenty-four (24) hour basis every day of the year. Shift position shall not include any position that is exempt or on a 24/48 schedule or one covered in a collective bargaining agreement. Res. 2014-77 (12/2/14).
Shift Position means an employment position, as designated by the Director of Human Resources, which has a designated work schedule in those Village operations, such as Police and the Village Operations Center, which function on a twenty-four (24) hour basis every day of the year. Examples of Shift Position in a sentence
