Showing Quantity definition

Showing Quantity means, with respect to any day during the Shown Term, the amount of Local RA Attributes of the Project, expressed in MW, as set forth in the Showing Quantity column of the table in Appendix B applicable to such day.
Showing Quantity means, with respect to any day during the Shown Term, the amount of Capacity Attributes of the Project, expressed in MW, as set forth in the Showing Quantity column of the table in Appendix B applicable to such day.

Examples of Showing Quantity in a sentence

  • Upon CPE’s receipt and approval of such Notice, Appendix B shall be deemed to have been updated to reflect the Showing Quantity set forth in such Notice.

  • Provider shall retain any revenues it may receive from, and shall pay all costs charged by, the CAISO or any other third party with respect to any Capacity Attributes, the Showing Quantity, or the Project.

  • Neither the Showing Quantity nor the Showing Commitment shall confer to CPE any rights to dispatch or receive Energy or Ancillary Services from the Project.

  • Provider’s commitment hereunder reduces CPE’s overall local procurement obligation thereby reducing the total procurement costs that the CPE incurs on behalf of all LSEs within PG&E’s distribution service area, including the Provider, and allows Provider to retain the System RA Attributes, Flexible RA Attributes and Other Capacity Attributes of the Showing Quantity.

  • Upon request from CPE, Provider shall cooperate with CPE in taking actions required to be taken by CPE with regard to CPE’s use of the Showing Quantity.

  • If requested, Provider shall provide to CPE statements associated with the Capacity Attributes comprising the Showing Quantity or the Project.

  • Provider shall pay or cause to be paid all taxes imposed by any Governmental Authority (“Governmental Charges”) on or with respect to the Showing Quantity, by reason of the execution, delivery, performance or enforcement of this Agreement or by reason of transactions contemplated by this Agreement, or with respect to the Provider Supply Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder, but not with respect to CPE’s use of the Showing Quantities after [delivery] by Provider.

  • CPE shall be entitled to receive and retain all revenues associated with the Showing Quantity during the Shown Term (“CPE Revenues”), including any capacity or availability revenues from CPM, including through a competitive solicitation process, and Residual Unit Commitment (RUC) Availability Payments.

  • Provider shall give Notice to CPE of any such NQC Reduction no later than fifteen (15) Business Days before the relevant deadlines under the CAISO Tariff for the corresponding Compliance Showing, which Notice shall set forth the Showing Quantity for each Showing Year and Showing Month affected by such NQC Reduction.

  • The Parties shall cooperate with each other in order for CPE to be able to use the Showing Quantity beginning on the Initial Shown Date and Provider agrees to cause the Project’s Scheduling Coordinator (SC) to cooperate in order to achieve the same.

Related to Showing Quantity

  • Paying quantities as used herein shall mean and refer to quantities of oil and gas or of either of them sufficient to pay for the current cost of producing same.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.
