Signed Editable File means the Digitally Signed version of the Editable File.

Signed Editable File means a file listed under the column "Signed Editable File" in Schedule 2 hereto containing the Digitally Signed version of an Editable File.

Related to Signed Editable File

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
