Significant Reduction in Scope or Base Compensation means a material diminution in the Eligible Employee’s authority, duties, or responsibilities or a material diminution in the Eligible Employee’s base compensation. Significant Reduction in Scope or Base Compensation means a material diminution in the Eligible Employee’s authority, duties or responsibilities or a material diminution in the Eligible Employee’s base compensation or incentive compensation opportunities.
