Simple extraction definition

Simple extraction means the extraction of an erupted or exposed tooth to include the removal of tooth structure, minor smoothing of socket bone, and closure, as necessary.
Simple extraction means to remove a tooth from above the gum line using a dental elevator and forceps, such as retained deciduous teeth or teeth with periodontal disease grade
