Site Reference Conditions definition

Site Reference Conditions means the physical and meteorological conditions at which the Facility would be operating under hypothetical representative circumstances as defined in Schedule 1.

Site Reference Conditions. Means the physical and meteorological conditions set out in Schedule 2 to which the Facility shall be designed for operation at the Contracted Capacity. Means distillate fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, propane, or any other fuel required for Facility startup.

  • The Dependable Capacity shall be the Net Energy Output (excluding any Excess Energy) during those six (6) hours corrected for Site Reference Conditions divided by six (6), but may not exceed the Contracted Facility Capacity.

  • The delivered capacity of the Facility shall be demonstrated to be equal to, or greater than the Contracted Rental Capacity, measured at the Delivery Point (and adjusted to Site Reference Conditions), using calibrated test metering equipment mutually agreed upon.

Related to Site Reference Conditions

  • Licence Conditions means the licence terms and conditions contained in this document, as amended from time to time in accordance with this agreement.

  • Mortgage Conditions means, in relation to a Mortgage Loan, the terms and conditions applicable to that Mortgage Loan and its Related Security as set out in the relevant Seller's "Mortgage Conditions" booklet and the Seller's relevant general conditions from time to time as varied by the relevant Mortgage Loan Agreement and the relevant Mortgage Deed, and any variation or supplement thereto;

  • Review Conditions means (i) the Delinquency Percentage for any Payment Date exceeds the Delinquency Trigger for that Payment Date and (ii) the Noteholders or Note Owners, as applicable, have voted, pursuant to Section 2.03(d) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, to direct an Asset Representations Review of the Subject Receivables.

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).

  • Hazardous Substance Condition means the occurrence or discovery of a condition involving the presence of, or a contamination by, a Hazardous Substance as defined in Paragraph 6.2(a), in, on, or under the Premises.
