The Private Party shall attend to such Unfulfilled Obligations within the time specified in the Snagging List.

Such Pledgor owns or has rights to use all the Pledged Collateral pledged by it hereunder and all rights with respect to any of the foregoing used in, necessary for or material to such Pledgor's business as currently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted pursuant to the Credit Documents.
