  • The Private Party shall attend to such Unfulfilled Obligations within the time specified in the Snagging List.

  • Within five (5) Working Days of receipt of the Snagging List the Contractor shall provide to the Authority a reasonable programme for making good each Snagging Item set out in the Snagging List provided that such programme shall require that each Snagging Item shall be made good within twenty (20) Working Days of the date of the agreement or determination of that programme or within such time as is reasonably practicable.

  • Such Pledgor owns or has rights to use all the Pledged Collateral pledged by it hereunder and all rights with respect to any of the foregoing used in, necessary for or material to such Pledgor's business as currently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted pursuant to the Credit Documents.
